At Octopus Australia, we’re committed to building meaningful and positive relationships with the community where we operate. We prioritise building respectful, long-lasting community connections and creating benefits in our local areas.

We have launched the Dulacca Wind Farm Community Benefits Fund to support initiatives benefiting communities within 40 km of the project, providing up to $50,000 a year in funding for your initiatives.

We believe the community is best positioned to determine its own needs, which is why our Community Benefit Fund panel is comprised of a diverse group of locals.

To date we have supported the below groups:

• Queensland Country Women’s Association (Jackson Branch)
• Drillham Primary School
• Dulacca Progress Association/Dulacca Hall
• Dulacca School
• Dulacca Sports Club
• Miles Netball Club.

Applications for each year’s community benefit fund will open between August and September each year.
